General Requirements

  1. Device Access

  2. Internet Connectivity
    Users must have a stable internet connection to ensure reliable access to system features, real-time data synchronization, and cloud-based services.

  3. Supported Browsers and Operating Systems
    The system must be accessible through current versions of major web browsers (ex: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and supported mobile operating systems to ensure compatibility and performance.

  4. Communication Platform Access
    Users must possess an active Slack, Discord, or Microsoft Teams account if required for system notifications, collaboration, or support communication.

  5. Minimum Permissions
    Users must grant necessary permissions, such as access to camera, microphone, storage, or notifications, when applicable, to enable core system functionality.

  6. Security and Privacy Constraints
    The system must comply with applicable security and privacy standards, including secure authentication, encrypted data transmission, and protection of user information.

  7. Hardware Performance Requirements
    User devices must meet minimum performance standards (ex: sufficient memory, processing capability, and storage) to ensure smooth operation of the application.
